Ingredients
Carrot 20 gms
Bok Choy 20 gms
Beans 10 gms
Cabbage 20 gms
Broccoli 20 gms
Mushrooms 10 gms
Spring Onions 5 gms
Vegetable Stock 800 ml
Salt to taste
Vegetable Aromat Powder 5gms
Directions
- Slice the vegetables thinly into desired shapes.
- Heat a wok, add broccoli , carrot, cabbage, mushrooms, beans and bok choy.
- Add the vegetable stock and let it boil . Season with salt and aromat powder.
- Cook on medium heat for 4-6 minutes. Add black pepper and mix well.
- To serve, pour the soup in a soup bowl and garnish with chopped spring onions and enjoy!
