This green chutney with all the freshness of mint leaves and coriander leaves, the spice of green chillies, and the tangy lemon juice combined with the flavour of chaat masala is sure to make even a seasoned snacker drool. Add this chutney to your chaat for that minty flavour.

Ingredients
Mint Leaves 100 gms
Coriander Leaves 100 gms
Green Chillies 20 gms
Lemon juice 10ml
Chaat Masala 10 gms
Salt to taste
Black Salt to taste
Directions
- Wash the coriander leaves and mint leaves in water and drain in colander to remove excess water.
- Combine all the ingredients in a mixer grinder or food processor.
- Process to a fine paste, adding enough water to get a thick chutney.
- Check for seasoning and serve it along with hot kebabs, tikkas or pakoras.
- Mint chutney can be refrigerated for 2-3 days.
Chef’s Twist :-
Adding roasted gram or roasted and peeled peanuts gives a thick consistency to the chutney.
