Ingredients

  • Carrot 20 gms

  • Bok Choy 20 gms

  • Beans 10 gms

  • Cabbage 20 gms

  • Broccoli 20 gms

  • Mushrooms 10 gms

  • Spring Onions 5 gms

  • Vegetable Stock 800 ml

  • Salt to taste

  • Vegetable Aromat Powder 5gms

Directions

  • Slice the vegetables thinly into desired shapes.
  • Heat a wok, add broccoli , carrot, cabbage, mushrooms, beans and bok choy.
  • Add the vegetable stock and let it boil . Season with salt and aromat powder.
  • Cook on medium heat for 4-6 minutes. Add black pepper and mix well.
  • To serve, pour the soup in a soup bowl and garnish with chopped spring onions and enjoy!
