Ingredients

  • Carrot 20 gms

  • Bok choy 20 gms

  • Beans 10 gms

  • Cabbage 20 gms

  • Broccoli 20 gms

  • Boiled Sweet corn 15gms

  • Mushrooms 10 gms

  • Boiled Noodles 100 gms

  • Spring onions chopped 10 gms

  • Soy Sauce 10 ml

  • Refined oil 5 ml

  • Vegetable stock 800 ml

  • Salt and black pepper powder to taste

  • Sugar to taste

  • Vegetable Aromat powder 5gms

Directions

  • Slice the vegetables thinly into desired shapes.
  • Heat 5 ml oil in a wok, add broccoli , carrot, cabbage, mushrooms, beans, bok choy and saute the veggies for 3 – 5 minutes.
  • Add boiled sweet corn and mix it well.
  • Add the vegetable stock and soy sauce. Season with sugar, salt and vegetable aromat powder.
  • Cook on medium heat for 4-6 minutes. Add black pepper and mix well.
  • To serve, put the boiled noodles in the bowl and pour the soup over it, garnish with chopped spring onions and enjoy!

Chef’s Twist :-

Add edamame, tofu or chicken to make it a complete meal.
