Ingredients
Tomatoes 80 gms
Onions 80 gms
Bell Peppers 20 gms
Jalapenos 10 gms
Garlic minced 10 gms
Coriander Leaves 10 gms
Lemon juice 5 ml
Tomato Ketchup 5 ml
Tabasco Sauce 5ml
Salt and Black pepper for garnish
Directions
- Combine chopped onions and garlic with chopped tomatoes, jalapeno peppers, coriander leaves, tomato ketchup, tabasco sauce and lermon juice. Add salt and black pepper to taste.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before using.
- Serve as a dip or a condiment. Salsa can be stored in refrigerator for 2-3 days.
Chef’s Twist :-
Make a chunkier and less saucy version of the salsa and you have another Mexican dip called Pico De Gallo. Pico de Gallo can be used in Mexican sandwiches, burritos and fajitas.
