An elevated mayonnaise! The addition of tomato ketchup, tabasco sauce, lemon juice, and paprika powder adds spice and tanginess to the otherwise light and slightly tangy mayonnaise. Worcestershire sauce is an optional addition to this recipe. This can be prepared and stored for about 10 days and so comes in handy when you have friends who drop in unannounced for dinner. Whip up quick sandwiches and burgers using this cocktail mayonnaise as spread and serve chips or breads on the side with a tomato salsa or other dips mentioned in this section.
