Mayonnaise with a tang! This simple recipe gives zing and tang to your otherwise plain mayo by adding tabasco sauce or apple cider vinegar or any other vinegar to it. It is a perfect side for your sandwiches, burgers or fried appetizers. Ingredients

  • Mayonnaise 100 gms

  • Tabasco Sauce 10 ml

  • Apple Cider Vinegar or any other Vinegar 10 ml

Directions

  • Combine all in the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  • Check for seasoning and serve it along with sandwiches, burgers and fried appetizers.
  • Tangy mayonnaise can be stored in the refrigerator for 10-12 days.

Chef’s Twist :-

Add mustard instead of tobasco for a bite. Another tangy and spicy dip.
